Order Status
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Customers are always welcome to return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase, however, you would need two pieces of documentation:

- An RMA number. Simply request one from Customer Service. You will receive an address for the return at that time as well. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that we send you in large numbers on the outside of the package.

- A valid tracking number from USPS or another one of our shippers. Though we are happy to refund your return, it is essential that both you and Nutri-Meds™, can confirm that the package arrived safely - so you must have a valid tracking number.
Note: In the rare case that you might receive a different product from what you actually ordered, we’ll be happy to accept your product returns. If this happens, we’ll re-ship the correct products to you at our expense, and provide paid return packaging for you to return the incorrect products to us. Simply follow the instructions above.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
U.S.A. Orders: It usually takes 3 to 4 days, with variations for weekends and holidays. You should receive a USPS tracking number once the order has shipped. If you log on to USPS.com and enter the number in the tracking box, you should see the progress of your shipment. If not, contact Customer Service to expedite the order for you. Nutri-Meds™ always ships USPS using valid tracking numbers so your order can be assured of confirmed delivery.
International Orders: These are delivered under the auspices of the customer’s country (usually in 5 to 7 days). Some countries will make only one attempt at delivery but hold the package at your local Post Office. It is important to contact your local Post Office, sooner rather than later, to assure delivery is completed. You can usually arrange a second delivery but it is the customer's responsibility to follow-up. Though the package is insured, we have no control over it once it leaves the U.S.A. USPS uses the receiving country’s claim that the package was delivered as a confirmed delivery.

Domestic Shipping
We ship USPS, which we believe, offers the best value for our customers. We have used several shippers and find this to be the fastest, most cost effective way of shipping. USA customers usually receive their orders within 3 to 4 days of shipping.
To qualify for free shipping, you must be a U.S. retail customer and purchase products totaling $100 or more. If your shopping cart total is $100 or more, a free shipping method will be offered in the drop-down menu on the shopping cart check out page.
Note: To get free shipping, please be sure to select that option. Free shipping is the same speed as USPS priority mail and is not any slower or faster.

International Orders
Our Experience
When we first started serving customers worldwide, we were concerned about packages being lost in the mail, stolen, or confiscated by customs officials. Time has shown we need not have worried. After shipping internationally for over five years, we have a pretty good success rate�over 99% in every country we have shipped to!
International Shipping
International orders are shipped Express Mail International, which is more cost-effective than Global Express International, and in our experience, offers better service. Shipments usually arrive in about a week, often sooner. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that time frame. We suggest that you always keep a bottle or two in reserve so the time frame is not critical.
Note: Please understand that we have no way of tracking Air Letter Post shipments. Though the shipment may seem to be taking longer than expected, in our experience, it does arrive with no problem often within days of deciding the package is lost. In the unlikely event that your shipment never arrives, contact us. Shipping and handling is included in the price of each international item, so no additional charges are added. The warehouse usually ships two bottles to a package. We suggest that your first order be for only one or two bottles so you know what to expect with the delivery process.
Many countries do not allow DHEA supplements through customs, so we cannot ship DHEA outside of the U.S. Our apologies. |

When the US Postal Service raised their rates in May 2007, we were surprised to find that International shipping rates doubled. We had to make a difficult decision. For the first time in our history, we find it necessary to add a shipping charge for our International Customers.
We already knew our shipping policies had to change. Over the past 6 months some customers have experienced long delays in receiving their orders. Air Letter Post has become so unreliable that we no longer consider it an option for customers who depend on our products. We decided to switch from Air Letter Post to Global Priority Mail and increase the number of bottles we can ship. We looked forward to service that was timelier and more trackable.
We didn’t anticipate such a huge increase in the cost of shipping.
Priority International should deliver your package in about a week. Though a tracking number should tell us when the package is delivered, the service is not as efficient as Priority Mail within the US. We cannot guarantee the time. We have no control over the shipping once it leaves the US.
We would prefer not to add the shipping cost, but we trust that we are doing our best for our customers. You can allay some of the shipping increase by placing larger orders. We feel you should always keep a bottle or two in reserve so the time frame is not critical.
