Nutri-Meds Shipping and Delivery Information
As of December 5, 2019, we have updated our shipping options in order to reflect the increased costs of USPS shipping and to provide more options and information for our customers.
We ship all orders processed through our website either the same day or the next business day when items are in stock. Orders are shipped by our fulfillment center located in California.
Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $125 receive free shipping (within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii).
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our domestic and international shipping. When your order is shipped you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number to be entered into the USPS.com website.
U.S. Domestic Shipping Options
• USPS First Class Shipping
This service is typically delivered in 3-5 business days, depending on location. All domestic orders over $125 receive free shipping using this option. For orders under $125, the cost of shipping is calculated according to the specific delivery address.
• USPS Priority Shipping
We ship all domestic orders using USPS Priority Shipping. This service is typically delivered in 2-3 business days, depending on location. All orders over $125 receive free First Class shipping. For orders under $125, there is a $Flat Rate 7.55 shipping charge added to the order at checkout.
• USPS Express Shipping
This service is typically delivered overnight, depending on location. For locations that do not offer next day overnight service, a two-day option will be offered. Express orders must be processed through our website by 10:30AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). The price is automatically calculated to the specific delivery destination by the USPS site. The only way to verify the shipping cost for this option is to enter the order into the cart. Please note that the shipping cost is dependent upon both the destination and weight of the package.
International Shipping Options
We ship internationally to North America, Central America, South America, Australia, Asia, and the Caribbean. If you are not sure if we ship to your country, you may look for it in the list of countries on the order page.
• USPS First Class International Shipping
Estimated Delivery Times may vary significantly depending on region and foreign postal services. There is no guaranteed delivery time, so if time is of essence, please select a faster shipping options. We have frequently seen delivery times of 30 days or longer.
Canada: delivered on average from 15-21 days, and can be a month or longer.
Australia: delivered in as fast as 14 days.
Customers wishing to place an order should generally consider the level of development of the postal delivery service within the specific country of destination.
• USPS International Express Shipping
This service offers a tracking number that is updated.
Estimated Delivery Times: The USPS guarantees delivery times of 3-5 business days to most locations in Australia and Canada.
What makes this service unique is that it offers a tracking number that is updated internationally (for countries that offer such a service). For countries that provide the service (such as Canada and Australia) the tracking info (which can be viewed at USPS.com) shows when it enters and leaves customs and when it is delivered. In our experience, this service is generally taken much more seriously by the postal service and it's foreign counterparts.
We realize the shipping costs are not inexpensive and we want to point out that they are calculated automatically by the postal system according to the destination address entered and are exact.
