2 capsules together with the adrenals is great for focus and concentration but it does not last through the day if taken by it self. The adrenals seem to give it more milage.
Have switched from the synthetic levothyroxine full of aluminum to this natural thyroid supplement. It works better for me. Have used this for several years.

Good complement to the Adrenal Cortex. I use 2 capsules. Seem like the potency need to be increase.
